Outright Stage: Rules and Regulations
I. General Admission Rules
Entry Requirements
- All attendees must present a valid ticket and government-issued photo ID for entry.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times and are non-transferable.
- Re-entry is permitted only if wristbands remain intact.
Age Restrictions
- The event is open to all ages unless otherwise specified.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Bag Policy
- Clear bags are required and must not exceed 12” x 12” x 6”.
- Small clutch bags (no larger than 6” x 9”) are permitted.
- All bags are subject to search.
II. Prohibited Items
- Weapons of any kind (including knives, firearms, or explosives)
- Illegal substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia
- Outside food or beverages (except sealed water bottles)
- Glass containers
- Fireworks, flares, or smoke devices
- Drones, remote-controlled devices, and laser pointers
- Large umbrellas, tents, and canopies
- Unauthorized vending materials, flyers, or promotional items
- Inflatables, hammocks, or chairs
- Dogs (except service animals)
- Professional cameras or photography equipment
- Video cameras, GoPros, iPads, or tablets
- Laser pointers or flashlights
- Flags or banners
- In-line skates, roller skates, skateboards, scooters, or bikes
- Selfie sticks, bats, or clubs (including signs or flags attached to sticks)
III. Code of Conduct
Respectful Behavior
- All attendees, staff, and performers must be treated with respect.
- Harassment, discrimination, or violence of any kind will not be tolerated.
Alcohol and Drug Policy
- Alcohol consumption is restricted to designated areas.
- Attendees must be 21 or older to purchase and consume alcohol.
- Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited.
Zero Tolerance Policy
- Any acts of violence, theft, or vandalism will result in immediate removal from the event.
- Disorderly or overly intoxicated behavior will not be tolerated.
IV. Health and Safety Regulations
Medical Services
- A first aid station will be available at the venue.
- Attendees are encouraged to seek assistance if feeling unwell.
- A standby ambulance will be available for emergencies.
Weather Policy
- The event will proceed rain or shine.
- In the case of severe weather, follow instructions from staff and security.
COVID-19 Guidelines
- Attendees must comply with any health and safety guidelines in effect at the time of the event.
- Masks, hand sanitizers, and socially distanced zones will be available if required.
V. Photography and Media
Personal Photography
- Personal cameras are allowed; however, professional photography equipment requires prior approval.
Media Permissions
- By attending, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
VI. Emergency Procedures
Evacuation Plan
- In the case of an emergency, attendees must follow the instructions of staff and security.
Lost and Found
- Lost and found items will be held at a designated location.
- Unclaimed items will be donated or disposed of after two days.
VII. Legal Disclaimers
Liability
- Outright Stage is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event.
